Master Builders Training Institute
The Pastors' College
Master Builders Pastors College assists the local church in training existing pastors and elders and candidates for those two ministry responsibilities. Pastors can recommend students to the Dean for enrollment. Upon approval, students can enter a two-year program consisting of online distance courses and onsite weekend intensives. The College will work with the pastor in the entire equipping process, from developing a customized program to reviewing papers and course materials. For more information, please see the MBPC page.
Training Events
MBTI offers special training events that are open to all that augment what is taught in the Pastors College. Currently we have three different options.
World Christian Strategy Seminars use similar material to the well known Missions Perspectives course. This event will broaden and deepen a person's understanding of what it means to fulfill the Great Commission. For more information, click here.

Goals
