Serving

Serving others is the a key to happiness and maturity. Jesus wants us to become willing servants in the church. Liberty seeks to provide many opportunities to serve. Below is a list of some of what we offer.


caring kitchenCaring Kitchen

Once a month we send a team to Caring Kitchen to prepare and serve meals to the poor and homeless. This is a great opportunity to minister to the "least of these" in our community.





mobile ministryMobile Ministry

Periodically we engage in acts of kindness in our community in order to sow positive "seeds" into Alamance County. We do such things as hand out free cokes or do free car washes. We always try to mention Jesus' name in the hope that we will gain an opportunity to share more about the gospel. At the very least, people come away with a more positive impression of Christians.



workdayWork Around the Church

Members of the church are encouraged to serve in the church in the great variety of ministry opportunities that are available. In addition to the children's ministries, greeting ministry, small groups and outreach, such things as mowing, painting, hospitality and doing maintenance are there for you.
