Policies
On your week, you can mow Thursday through Saturday, whatever works best for you and your team mate.
If you cannot mow on a given week, please try to arrange a switch with another team or team member.
One person will need to mow with the tractor and another person do the push mowing and trimming. If both are trained and competent with driving the tractor, you can switch back and forth.
Please report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to Pastor Pete immediately so that we can fix it as quickly as possible.
No one should drive the tractor without first receiving training.
Check the oil and water in tractor before using.
Be sure to only use gas-oil mixture (small marked container) in 2-cycle engines - trimmer and blower.
Use diesel fuel only (yellow container) in tractor.
Be careful not to damage equipment. During training you will be told what to avoid.
Do not mow banks with any riding equipment because of danger of
overturning.
