Points to Remember:

· Arrive at the church at least 10minutes before any event starts. We all need to work on this!

· Make sure that there are enough “Welcome Packets” at the welcome table.

· When we have new guests, please encourage them to complete the guest slip inside the Welcome Packet and place it in the offering basket or return it to you.

· Fill out the attendance card found in the right drawer of the welcome table and give it to Pastor Pete or Martha.

· Be aware of any activity going on in the halls during the worship and ministry time.

· After the service make the effort to thank any new guest(s) for coming to Liberty and present them with a Liberty coffee mug.

· REMEMBER - If you can’t greet at your scheduled time please make arrangements to switch with another team. If you are unable to switch with another team give Len a call.
